Few weeks ago I had a problem with my iphone 5 and I rang customer service. The agent on the phone spoken english horrible. I think he wasn't asian though!
Probably an Arab, because I can clearly tell what accent someone have.
First about the accent, he was telling me about about something in my iphone setting. But that is didnt Exist. Then he did apologised for his mistake!
Now, I can't believe apple employing such a daft ppl

  Obviously you must have entered this lottery, so maybe you did win. Or did you enter it? No, I can tell from here you did not enter it. Because otherwise you would not be asking this, you would just have claimed your prize. Do not let greed turn off your brain. You do not win any lottery you have not entered. And nobody is going to just give you a computer. They obviously want your name, address and phone number. I could possibly understand someone falling for this if it was actually written in good English, but it is not. There are thousands of these scams which are phishing for personal details to use later to rob you.

  It's really mind-boggling how greed turns normally rational people into raving lunatics who think they will be getting something for nothing.
  
  Of course this is a scam. You must enter any lottery to win something. If you did enter a lottery, they would not ask for this information from you in an e-mail; you would have gotten a registered letter with the official Apple logo and a number that you can check on and contact.

  Yes, it is a scam. If you want to waste some time and start the scam, you can give them the requested info.
  
  Then if you want to lose some money too, you can wait until they then get in touch with you and start making up some story about how they need money to ship it, or get it through customs, or they need your bank or credit card info, etc.
  
  The best thing to do is just delete the message.
